I’m a girl on a budget, so I’m not much into supplements. In my mind, if there is any way you can eat it, why pay for someone to grind it up and put it into a little pill? Ever since becoming a vegetarian/almost vegan I’ve gone all over the place, from high end to low end, and have ended up in the middle and I’m pretty happy with it. These are the supplements I’ve found to be absolutely necessary, and very cost effective. Now given, I save A LOT by buying these off of amazon and I suggest you do to. By using amazon, you are effectively not paying the middle man to stock your goods. For things like food and less pricey items like shampoo, it would be stupid to use them. But for supplements? Well, I save like 50% from my local grocery store, and that’s no small thing.
Alive Vitamins with Iron
DHA supplement (Why do I need DHA?)
Creatine Powder (Why do vegans and vegetarians need creatine?)
Other things I save money on with Amazon…
Veet Wax strips (How much will I save with this?)
